# Uploading assets

You can upload loads of different assets to asset.party for other people to use. This is a very similar process to [uploading a project](CreatingProjects).
These assets can be used by developers within games or maps, or by players within supported games.

Currently supported assets include:
- [Models](Guide_to_Models)
- [Maps](GettingStartedWithHammer)
- [Materials](guide_to_materials)
- [Sounds](Guide_to_Sounds)
- [Soundscapes](Sound_Scapes)
- [Particles](Creating_your_first_particle_effect)
- Shaders

## Uploading your asset

If you want to upload an asset, first select it in the [Asset Browser](editor#assetsbrowserandconsole) in the <page>Editor</page>.

In the inspector, select **Publish as package**.

Edit the settings. You can specify things like the title and tags - these are what will be used to identify the model on asset.party - and the **organisation** to upload to.

Once you're done, click **Upload to Asset Party** -OR- click **Save**, then close the window, then click **Upload**.
Follow the steps given by the upload wizard.

Once you've uploaded the asset, you should see something like this:

You'll then be able to view it on **asset.party**, and people will be able to use it within their games.
