Description

Resizes the panel object's height so that its bottom is aligned with the top of the passed panel. An offset greater than zero will reduce the panel's height to leave a gap between it and the passed panel.

Arguments

1 Panel tgtPanel
The panel to align the bottom of this one with.
2 number offset = 0
The gap to leave between this and the passed panel. Negative values will cause the panel's height to increase, forming an overlap.
