CSoundPatch:ChangePitch - Minor Change - Info about original pitch

DHTML - Added info about some HTTPS websides not loading. And some really helpfull info regarding usage of url/href/src. i noticed a lot of people didn`t knew of asset:// and result to somthing crazy like Base64 encoding
