<description>
Slows down the player movement simulation by the timescale, this is used internally in the HL2 weapon stripping sequence.
It achieves such behavior by multiplying the <page>Global.FrameTime</page> by the specified timescale at the start of the movement simulation and then restoring it afterwards.
