util.PrecacheModel - Remove needless overengineered example code, why add it back and say "minor changes"? Weirdly checks if vFile is false? You can just do vFile == false, but there's not point anyways. The function is simple and describes itself. Had CLIENT stuff despite the function doing nothing on the client. Does not need that much validation and stuff about hashing?. It's an example for crying out loud.
